or even see the ball drop at time square in new york!

and will have an even better 2009! Also what are your new years resolutions?
Mine is to get better grades enjoy the new year and spend more time with my friends.
To do all of that i have to spend less time doing other things such as Club Penguin.

So you want to become a iClub Penguin (iCP) moderator? First we’ll talk over the benefits.
Benefits of being an iCP Moderator
1. Being able to kick/ban people from iCP.
2. Being able to use moderator only commands. If you would like to know the moderator-only commands, then go to http://icpcheats.com/icpcommands and scroll down near the bottom.
3. Being able to moderate the iCP Forum aswell.
4. Having a moderator badge. You will have a moderator badge (the 12 month membership badge) on your penguin to show that you are a moderator.
There’s other perks too, but those are the main benefits.
And now we will discuss responsibility that comes with being an iCP moderator.
Responsibilities of being an iCP Moderator.
1. Keeping iCP safe. Although there is no chat filter, there is sexual harassment and inappropriate things done in iCP which makes it against the rules.
2. Not abusing your power. You cannot abuse your power (like banning for no reason, or for a bad reason
3. Using common sense. (self explanatory)
And onto what you will need to become an iCP Moderator!
What you will need to become an iCP Moderator
1. Patience. It’s not going to happen overnight, so I would be patient with becoming a moderator.
2. Maturity. You need to be mature, and handle situations maturely. (good grammar also makes you seem more mature/professional)
3. Common sense.
And finally…

1. Contribute to the iCP Community. This could be helping people out in iCP, or contributing on the forum, but you need to be involved.
2. Making friends, not enemies. You need to make friends with people, if you make friends, then people can realize that you are trustworthy with a position of power.
3. DO NOT ASK TO BE A MODERATOR. This is the MOST important step to becoming a moderator, if you ask it will ruin your chances of ever becoming one.

i have some news for ClubPenguinV players, firstly, they are looking for new moderators!
So for those who are interested in moderating the private server ClubPenguinV – can now apply to be a moderator!
Here’s the guidelines:
The subject [of the email] should be “Moderator Application” without quotes. ANYONE who sends an application without that as the subject will be disqualified from submitting any future applications
Your ClubPenguinV username
Your stand on swearing – make this interesting. We are not picking based on the content of this question. Rather, we are deciding on how your response to this question is different fron the applicants
Some pretty strict guidelines. Email your applications to “clubpenguinv@mail.ru”.
And also, they are adding new ”child-friendly” servers, for those who do not want to be exposed to adult language. The server Snow is now heavily moderated, and fowl language will not be allowed, and the server Google is not-so moderated, and fowl-language is allowed there.
I personally think that it’s a great idea, because often it’s hard to control people who want to use adult language, so just let them have their playground, and the non-swearing people have theirs.
And that’s pretty much it.
ALSO: I am considering switching to another theme, but I would really like your opinion on wether it’s good – or bad. And also – it’s highly customizable, so if you think something should be changed, let me know! Check it out here: http://thesis.icpcheats.com/ Leave

Hello,
The iCP trainer has finally been released! I will show you the full tutorial on how to use it, what it is, etc. This iCP trainer was made by Rile5. It is for Windows only.
NOTE: iCPv3 is over, so this trainer is broken, and will unfortunately, never work again.
TUTORIAL:
In this tutorial we’ll go over the main features of iCP, and how it works.
First off, here is the interface:
As you can see, the iCP Trainer has several tabs, User, Functions, Adder, and then a special moderator-only tab. (we’ll get to that one later in the tutorial)
Let’s go over the Functions tab on the trainer.
When you click it you will have several options: My Player, Everyone, Buddies, Teleport, Make it Rain, Rainbow Puffle, Rainbow Penguin, Igloo, Follow Bot, Auto Friend.
We will quickly go over each one. (what it is and how to use it)
My Player
This will bring up a small window that displays a ton of your penguin’s data. (penguin color, room it’s current in, etc)
Everyone
This will bring up a small window that will display every penguin is the room’s ID.
Buddies
This will bring up a small window that will display all of your buddies, and their IDs.
Teleport
A small box will come up that will allow you to choose where you can teleport, with a huge list of options.
Make it Rain
This will begin to add a bunch of coins to your account, a ton!
Rainbow Puffle
This feature will change your puffle’s color so quickly that it will look like a ”rainbow” puffle. (obviously you can’t see it in the screenshot, though)
Rainbow Penguin
Much like Rainbow Puffle, it will change your penguin’s color, so quickly that it will look like a ”rainbow”.
Igloo
The Igloo feature is one of the best features in the iCP Trainer, you can edit your igloo, it’s floors, and add a specific piece of furniture, all in one easy to use window
Follow Bot
This is a very fun to use feature, when you turn it on, the next playercard you open, it will follow that person wherever they go.
Auto Friend
This feature will send a friend request to everyone you click.
And that’s it for the Functions tab, and onto the Adder tab!

I’ve got a quick update for you. It seems that Club Penguin is currently updating their loader. Therefore, until this process is finished, every CPPS will be down. Here’s a client screenshot:
As you can see, nothing shows. Until the private servers update their loaders after the update, they will be down. Thank you.

Hey all,
Just a quick little update having to do with two new active commands on the CPPS “PrivateCP”. The first command is the “!help” command. It shows all current active commands (minus moderator-only commands). Here’s a screenshot:
The second command that I’d like to inform you of is the “!addall” command. This adds all current items to your characters. If used correctly, you should be disconnected and able to log back on with every item in the book. Here’s a screenshot of the command in use:

Here's the scoop:
Q. Tell me some cool facts about the brown puffle!
A: Well, I'm sure you've noticed brown puffles love to invent stuff. Their inventions don't always work too well, but that doesn't stop them.
Brown puffles are very smart and focused, and like to observe the world around them. They're always looking for new ideas.
Q. I like the brown puffle's goggles. Why do they wear them?
A: It's always 'safety first' with brown puffles. They even wear goggles when they eat and sleep!
Q. Do brown puffles have anything to do with Protobot?
A: Hmm... I'm not sure. Brown puffles do like machines...
Q. My brown puffle ran away! How do I adopt another one?
A: Sorry to hear that! In February you'll be able to adopt another brown puffle in the Pet Shop. We just need enough of them to follow us out of the wild.

The scenery has changed today at the Club Penguin Stage in the Plaza. A new play has come to the stage called The Penguins That Forgot Time. For this play there is one hidden item in the catalog. Follow the steps below for the cheat to get the item.
1. Open up the catalog and look at the page on the left. In the word, "Forgot", click the "G".
2. Once you click the "G", the Grass Skirt will pop up and you can purchase it for 200 coins!

Hello!
There’s a new command out, and it allows you to change your PIN to any item in Club Penguin, yeah it’s kinda weird. So the code is very simple, let’s say you want your PIN to be a Hawaiian Lei (or “red lei”) , well type in:
!PIN 171
That would then turn your pin into this:
Of course you can change the ID to make it any item you want. (for the full items list and their IDs go to www.cpitem.com)
Remember that this command doesn’t work all of the time so if it isn’t working when you try it, try again in a few hours.
Here’s some popular !PIN ID’s people may want to use:
Beta Hat – 413
Red Lei – 171
Beta Hat T-Shirt – 4154
You can search through that link above and find some of your favorites.

iCPPS Commands
This page will show you all of the ICPPS (iCPPS commands) and how to use them.
Commands allow you to do many things like add items to your account, add furniture, or add
You enter a command by just inputting it into the char bar and pressing enter.
Now, let’s get onto the commands.
1. Add items command
This command will allow you to add ANY item in Club Penguin to your account.
!AI 171
That code will add the red lei to your account. Now if you want to add another item to your account, you have to change the last three numbers to that item’s ID. Every item has a different ID. So let’s say if you wanted to add the Rubber Ducky (or popularly known as the ”ducky”) you would type in the following code: “!AI 274″, because the red lei’s ID is 171. Here are some of the most popular ID’s:

Rubber Ducky – 274

2. Add coins command

6. Add igloo furniture
This next command will allow you to add igloo furniture:
!AF 100
Remember that you replace the ’100′ with another furniture ID you want. (so the system will know what furniture item to add.) If you would like the full list of furniture IDs, then go here:http://items.cpcheats.info/furniture/
7. Change igloo home
The next command allows you to change your igloo home:
!IGLOO 10
As for the Igloo ID list, there is no igloo ID list that I could find, but you can pretty much just play around with the IDs in the low digits until you find one that you like.
8. Change igloo music
This next command will allow you to change your IGLOO music, to whatever you please.
!MUSIC 10
Of course you change the ’10′ to the music ID of your choice, there isn’t an official list, so just mess around until you find something you like.
9. Display your ID
This command will have the iCPPS Bot display your ID. If you are not sure what your ID is, it is the number of which your account was registered. For example, if you were the 290th person registered, your ID would be 290. The command is:
!ID
Moderator Commands
These commands WILL NOT WORK unless you are a moderator.
21. Ban player (moderator)
This command allows moderators to ban users from iCP. Moderators cannot choose how long someone is banned with the ban command, when a player is banned, they are banned forever. The command is:
!BAN Roman
You would put !BAN (player’s username you want to ban here).
22. Kick player (moderator)
This command allows moderators to kick a user off the server, often used as a warning to a player. It’s also very similar to the ban command.
!KICK Roman
And as the same as the ban command, just put the user’s name after !KICK and the user will be kicked.
23. Become a mascot (moderator)
This command will allow you to become a mascot in iCP. It is for moderators only.
!UP RH
That you turn your player into ‘Rockhopper’. Some of the other mascot codes would be: !UP G (Gary) !UP AA (Aunt Arctic) !UP S (Sensei) !UP CA (Cadence) !UP FS (Fire Sensei) and so on.
24. Temporarily change your username (moderator)
!NICK ~Roman~
This is a very fun command that allows moderators to change their username to anything they wish! (temporarily) It will stay the same even when they change rooms, but when the log off it will return back to their original username. When people click your player card, it your display my fake name too. You can use characters that you cannot create usernames with, too.

Club Penguin Private Server History
Hello!This page is for the history of Club Penguin Private Servers.
iCPv1
iCP v1 was just a basic private server, there was no commands, and it was only a for a few selected people. I did not participate in it, so I really can’t tell you much about it other than that. If you have any more information about v1, please tell me in the comments.
iCPv2
iCP v2 was the first very popular Club Penguin private server created by iRaith. It was a great start to the Club Penguin private server community. This was also the first private server with commands introduced. The registration and such was available at http://cpps.gotdns.com It gathered many users quickly. However, it did suffer from many flaws.
iCP v2 suffered from many things. Imbalanced commands, for example. You were able to make your penguin larger, so people were covering the screen, making it impossible to move, (a huge annoyance) and it crashed the server too. Another flaw was a poor staff, iCP v2 did have staff members, but nothing was really organized.
iCP v2 shut down in June 2010, because iRaith apparently was overwhelmed and felt unappreciated. iRaith was in the middle of making iCP v3, the next version of iCP at the time. Many people thought that was the end of iCP, (Club Penguin private servers) but then several people said people began making iCP v3…
iCPv3
iCP v3 first began in late June, by different people than in iCP v2. It first started up as a forum, while they developed it. It was then released in early July, it was an explosion. Many people joined, and it soon had thousands of users. It had a much better balance of commands than iCP v2, and a very well organized staff.
iCPv3 was the private server that caused the original surge in Club Penguin private server popularity. It gained over 100,000 users, and then a supposed Search & Desist from Disney resulted in the server being shut down.
I feel as if I should not update this for when every private server comes along, but I will update it when something as revolutionary as iCPv3 comes along, and stays online for more than a month. (which has yet to happen)

I lost my connection?
There are many reasons why you might lose your Internet connection. You might reconnect once and then not have a problem again. But if it keeps happening, there are a few things you can try to help the problem:
1. This might be a problem on Club Penguin's end, not yours. The server might be offline so that Club Penguin can update or work on the website. If you can get to the Club Penguin home page, click on “What's New.” You can find important news there about what's happening on the site.
2. Club Penguin might be very busy. Any time a new pin is hidden or a party is going on, lots of people log on at the same time. Friday afternoons are very busy, too. Try playing at a different time of day when things are not as busy.
3. Try logging on to a different Club Penguin server. You might find a server that is not as busy as the one you were on before.
4. You might be playing from a slow computer. Try playing from a faster computer, if you can. Or read My connection is slow? to learn some ways you might be able to make your computer run faster.
5. If you have a wireless connection to the Internet, check to see that you have a “Very Good” or “Excellent” connection. A poor wireless connection will cause you to lose connection.
6. If you are playing Club Penguin on a laptop, don't close the screen without logging out. This will cause you to lose your connection.
7. Your computer might have a firewall built into it. Operating systems such as Windows XP, Vista, and Mac OS X have a firewall that might prevent you from logging on to Club Penguin. Talk to a parent about how to change the settings on your firewall.
8. If none of these things work, you should call your Internet Service Provider (ISP). That is the company that you pay to connect to the Internet. They might be using a firewall that is blocking the ports that lead to Club Penguin. When you call them, tell them to open up these ports for TCP traffic, inbound and outbound: 3724, 6112, 6113, and 9875. (Don't worry if this sounds strange to you—your ISP will know what you mean!)

Hi everyone,We’ve just released the CP Blizzard update 1.1. If you haven’t downloaded CP Blizzard yet, go to the CP Blizzard page and click “Download CP Blizzard” below the first image.If you have already downloaded CP Blizzard, the program will open up our auto-updater and download the new program. The download process will take up to 5 minutes depending on the speed of your internet connection, so don’t exit the auto updater if you think it’s taking too long!We’ve been listening to your support emails and comments for the time since we launched CP Blizzard. The most common issues have been:
IT’S A VIRUS1!1 - CP blizzard is not a virus. Norton flags it as a virus for some people, because Norton is an overall horrible anti-virus and overreacts a *lot*. The virus it claims CP Blizzard is, “WS.Reputation.1″, is a common false positive. We download a file from our website, which gets an updated list of unpatched items, and Norton thinks the program is a virus just because of that. Stupid, right? The update will fix that issue. We’ve virus scanned the trainer using 42 different anti-virus programs on VirusTotal.com, and none of them find any viruses.
I can’t install it, I don’t have administrator access! - We’re changing how the program installs so that it does not require administrator access.
Add more mascots that I can change into! - Okay, we’ve added the rest of the penguin band and the Fire Sensei.
Where’s the change name button?!? – Our fault — we forgot to put the button in the final release. We’ve readded it in this update. We’ve still got a lot on our to-do list, and we’ll be releasing some awesome updates soon.Have fun with CP Blizzard!- andyh2, CP Blizzard creator & coder
